UltraTagger is a powerful and user-friendly MP3 tag editor. It supports ID3v1 

and ID3v2, including v2.4. It contains many time saving features like getting

album information from freedb, guessing tag fields from file names,

can remove

or copy any tag, quickly rename files using tag information with one of the

predefined formats or your favorite, open and save m3u and pls playlists,

encode, decode, play files and more.
